Returns & Refund Policy

At Zevinity, your satisfaction is important to us. We carefully work with our production and fulfillment partners to ensure that every order meets our quality standards before it is shipped.

Because some items are made specifically for each order while others are fulfilled through our partner network, return eligibility may vary depending on the product type and the customer’s location.


RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at support@zevinity.com so we can review the situation and assist you.

To be eligible for a return where applicable:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Some items in our store are made to order specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Because these products are produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

However, if a made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


STANDARD PRODUCTS

For standard (non-custom) products fulfilled through our supplier network, returns for change of mind are not accepted unless required by applicable consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence.

Where local laws require a return right (such as certain jurisdictions in the United Kingdom or European markets), customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return address by email.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so our team can evaluate the claim.

If your request is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • A refund issued to your original payment method if a replacement is not available.


RETURN SHIPPING

If a return request is approved, we will send you clear instructions on how and where to return the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@zevinity.com and we will be happy to assist.
