By placing an order through our store, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24–72 hours after payment confirmation.

Some products in our store are made to order, which means they are produced specifically after your purchase is placed. Production may take 2–3 business days before shipping.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

In case of stock issues or preparation delays, the customer will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.


2. Shipping and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

United States: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom: 7–16 business days
Canada: 8–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside Zevinity’s control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions or discounted shipping may be offered periodically and will be clearly displayed during checkout when applicable.


4. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Zevinity has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.

For address corrections before dispatch, please contact support@zevinity.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.


7. Delayed Packages

If you experience an unusual delay or your tracking information does not update within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

We will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Please note that carrier delays are outside of our control and may occasionally affect delivery timelines.


8. Delivery and Inspection

We recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery.

If you notice visible damage or tampering with the package, please:

• note it on the carrier’s delivery record if possible
• take photos of the packaging and shipping label

9. Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed or prepared.

If an order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order will be subject to the procedures outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
