Will the portrait look like my dog?

We use your photo to capture your dog’s facial features, coloring, and markings within the portrait design you choose. It is a custom artwork, so the pose and styling may differ from your photo. You’ll see a preview before printing.

What kind of photo should I upload?

A clear photo taken at your dog’s eye level in good natural light works best. Keep their face and both ears visible, and avoid heavy filters, blur, or deep shadows. If we need a better photo, we’ll contact you.

What is personalized?

Your dog’s likeness is incorporated into the design shown on this product page. The outfit, setting, and overall style follow that design. This portrait requires a photo only; a printed name is not included.

Can I request changes before printing?

Yes. We’ll email your artwork preview so you can review it and request adjustments. Printing begins only after you approve the final design.

When will I receive my artwork preview?

Your artwork preview is typically ready in 1–2 days after you place your order and upload a suitable photo. Printing begins after your approval.

How do I care for my canvas?
